Golfer of the Year

This year we are introducing this new award which will be played for throughout the golfing year. The winner will be the player with the best 10 nett scores from 20 nominated medal rounds. In the event of a tie, the tied player’s better last round(s) will be compared to determine the winner. The medal rounds are:

Sat 12th April	Charles Melville Trophy 1st round
Wed 23rd April	Medal
Sat 3rd May	Abbey National Pro-Am Qualifier
Wed 7th May	Hall of Fame Medal
Sun 18th May	Leyferith 1st round
Sat 24th May	Belhaven Medal
Sun 25th May	Leyferith 2nd round

Sat 7th June	Magners Medal
Sat 14th June	Medal
Sun 15th June	Medal
Wed 25th June	Medal

Sat 19th July	RNLI Medal
Sun 27th July	Medal
Wed 30th July	Medal

Sun 3rd August	SHARP Medal

Members playing in these medals will automatically be entered into GOY and appropriate state of play will be posted on the notice board.
